Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments are subject to availability and may be rescheduled due to weather conditions, operational requirements, or unforeseen circumstances. We recommend arriving on time for your scheduled service.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Vehicle Condition & Results

While we strive to achieve the highest quality detailing results, certain stains, scratches, paint imperfections, odors, or damages may not be fully removable depending on the vehicle’s condition.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables prior to service. Finest Auto Detailing is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left inside vehicles.

Pre-Existing Damage

Finest Auto Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn surfaces, loose trims, paint defects, electrical malfunctions, or mechanical issues discovered before, during, or after the detailing process.

Cancellations

We kindly request advance notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

Limitation of Liability

Finest Auto Detailing shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
